These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of process server services provided by Wozniak Legal Leverage Inc. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Wozniak Legal Leverage Inc. provides process server services for the delivery of legal documents to recipients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Our services include document pickup (if applicable), service attempts, completion of Return of Service forms, and submission to the court and client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding recipients, case details, and service deadlines. Wozniak Legal Leverage Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years old and either reside in or operate a business in Washington, D.C. Services may be rendered to recipients located in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees will be outlined in a written invoice. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a late fee as specified on the invoice.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if Wozniak Legal Leverage Inc. is unable to complete the requested service and the inability to serve is not due to inaccurate or incomplete client information.

6. Service Attempts

We will make a reasonable number of attempts to serve the recipient, as required by law or agreed upon in writing. Additional attempts may be subject to additional fees unless otherwise stated.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and documents, except as required by law or court order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wozniak Legal Leverage Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia.

10. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date indicated.
